Ingredients
  • 20 pieces rounded dumpling wrappers, 3.75'x 3.375"
  •  3 tablespoons sesame oil
  •  3 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1 small onion, small dice
  •  1 can of Delimondo Ranch Style Corned Beef, 380g
  •  1 tablespoon rice wine
  •  1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  •  1 Egg, as eggwash
  •  Salt and Ground pepper to taste
  •  2 tablespoon Delimondo Chili & Garlic Drizzling Oil
Directions
  1. Heat the sesame oil into a skillet.
  2. Saute onion and garlic.
  3. Add Delimondo Ranch Style Corned Beef, cook it for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
  4. Add rice wine and chives. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the corned beef from the heat, drain the juice, and let it cool.
  6. Take one wrapper and put a spoonful of filling into the center of the skin
  7. and seal it up tightly with eggwash using your fingers.
  8. Repeat the same procedure until you use up all the ingredients.
  9. Use a steamer to cook the dumpling for 8 -10 minutes, do not forget to grease
  10. the surface of the steamer or use parchment paper to avoid the dumplings from sticking.
  11. Add chopped chives to garnish
  12. To prepare the dipping sauce; mix soy sauce, dark vinegar, calamansi and Delimondo Chili & Garlic Drizzling Oil.
  13. Serve and enjoy with your loved ones.
