Ingredients
- 20 pieces rounded dumpling wrappers, 3.75'x 3.375"
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, small dice
- 1 can of Delimondo Ranch Style Corned Beef, 380g
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 Egg, as eggwash
- Salt and Ground pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Delimondo Chili & Garlic Drizzling Oil
Directions
- Heat the sesame oil into a skillet.
- Saute onion and garlic.
- Add Delimondo Ranch Style Corned Beef, cook it for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
- Add rice wine and chives. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the corned beef from the heat, drain the juice, and let it cool.
- Take one wrapper and put a spoonful of filling into the center of the skin
- and seal it up tightly with eggwash using your fingers.
- Repeat the same procedure until you use up all the ingredients.
- Use a steamer to cook the dumpling for 8 -10 minutes, do not forget to grease
- the surface of the steamer or use parchment paper to avoid the dumplings from sticking.
- Add chopped chives to garnish
- To prepare the dipping sauce; mix soy sauce, dark vinegar, calamansi and Delimondo Chili & Garlic Drizzling Oil.
- Serve and enjoy with your loved ones.
